Manufactured Sand and Aggregate
Alternate for River Sand

 

This sand is manufactured according to the specifications of ISI2116-1980-2.0 and IS: 486:2000 and IS: 383:1970.

 

The particle shape is semi rounded or cubical and not flaky or elongated.

 

The percentage of dust is strictly controlled

 

Manufactured Sand [ Brand Name : CHETAK

 

Contains no organic Impurities, hence it gives increased strength of Concrete with same cement content.

 

Gradation of sand is controlled in the manufacturing process; hence mix design can be accurately used due to consistent gradation.

 

No wastage since Sand is already sieved in the required size (below 4.75 mm).

 

Consistency in supply as well as stability in prices helps in controlling the project cost.

 

Does not harm the environment in any way
